Lyndon School recognises and values the individuality of all pupils.
We are committed to giving all students every opportunity to achieve the highest standards. This includes all learners regardless of gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, physical status and ability. We strive to create a sense of community and belonging for all our students. We are incredibly proud of our inclusive ethos with high expectations and suitable targets, a broad and balanced curriculum for all learners and systems for early identification of barriers to learning and participation.
At Lyndon School, we welcome everybody from our local community. We believe that our own school community should provide every learner with the opportunity to achieve their full potential. When considering Lyndon School as a choice for your child our families can be assured that we will make reasonable adjustments for students with special educational needs and disability.
Every learner at Lyndon School has the opportunity to follow all National Curriculum subjects as well as following an appropriate GCSE or Vocational curriculum pathway.
We are committed to narrowing the attainment gap between SEND and non-SEND learners. It is our policy to not withdraw learners from lessons wherever possible.
We expect all students, regardless of their ability to undertake a full and broad curriculum.
