Physical Education (PE) at Lyndon

Subject Team Leader: Mr C Hole
Physical Education is a key part of the curriculum and all students will participate in this subject at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. We actively encourage high levels of participation in order to promote a healthy, active lifestyle. Although we value the importance of competition, we are also extremely inclusive, allowing all students the opportunity to achieve success.
As well as timetabled PE lessons, we also offer all of our students an extensive range of extra-curricular clubs and teams, including football, netball, gymnastics, basketball, badminton, fitness, table-tennis, cricket, rounders, indoor rowing, swimming and athletics. In addition to this, we offer students the chance to attend a residential ski trip every two years.
